Join us for the FIRST EVER Charlotte “all-Parents” MeetUp!! We are combining as many parent MeetUp groups as we can to all get together at The Olde Mecklenberg Brewery at 2PM on Sunday September 29!!
What a perfect opportunity to meet new people, let your kids play and have some food & drinks outside on a beautiful fall day!?
Here are the details –
“Olde Meck” – OMB offers an extensive food and drink menu that includes everything from German Bratwursts to Pizzas, beer and wine and regular fountain drinks. Here is a link to the menu for more info – https://www.oldemeckbrew.com/menu
They also have a kids menu upon request
We will sit at one of the giant picnic tables outside in the “Family Zone”. Here there is a huge yard for the kids to play and they have recently added a playground that consists of giant tree limbs, little bridges and things to climb on that the kids always have a BLAST playing on.
Parking – Parking is FREE on-site in any of the lots nearby. Since it’s a weekend, I’m sure it will be busy but there are plenty of overflow lots nearby that you can park it.
Admission – It is FREE to get into OMB They frown upon bringing in outside food and drinks but tend to be lenient w/sippy cups and kid snacks.
This event will be combined with a variety of other parent groups including (but not limited to) yours truly, Queen City Stay At Home Moms Charlotte Dads, Charlotte Moms, Charlotte Single Parents and Babyswaps! If you know of any other parent groups that may be interested – please let us know and we will be more than happy to combine.
