After the painting party, everyone was treated a to wonderful lunch from Chick Fil A. Which happens to be a sponsor of the event. Great team up if you ask me!

Here’s my four tips for attending a Ringling Brothers Circus:

1. Have a zoo party at home or go by the local party store for circus related accessories.
2. Eat before you arrive. Water is $2.00! I usually take fruits.
3. Get there at least an hour early to smell, touch and take pictures with the animals, and entertainers. The sweet memories will last longer!
4. Park On East Trade. There is a $5- FIVE dollar lot on the other side of the CAT’s bus area.

******Just so you know, I am a Feld Ambassador. For sharing my honest opinion, I am given tickets to the show. But the opinions are mine!  Well ours, as the kids help out with family shows like these. Come on and follow us on Instagram, Facebook, Tumbler, Pinterest, Google, and Youtube.

Have a magical weekend!

Ringling Bros.Barnum & Bailey FULLY CHARGED circus-Review

Opening Night was a BLAST!!!

It seemed as though this day would NEVER come. We were counting down the days on the c alendar and everything! ALL 6 of us. From the 2.5 yearold to the 12 year old.  When the morning of the circus came, we couldn’t leave S.C. fast enough.

Since they offered a pre-show we took advantage of it. We seen the small elephant with his easel. Amen, our birthday boy, had a chance to get spiffy in the performing cast’s creative wardobe. The kids even got a chance to get in a photo with the “tall man”, that was there.  It was AWESOME.

They opened with a huge electrical plug; and why not? the theme after all is “FULLY CHARGED!” And that is exactly what they were for the entire show. Fully Charged bills itself as the most electrifying edition of the circus ever presented, and the entire storyline revolves around energy, and boy did they have LOT’s of it!

All the performers were fabulous- costumes and all! The look of the clowns has been heavily updated to appear a bit more hip hop and less traditional. The tigers, elephants, and horses were all beautiful and behaved perfectly.  The live acts were even more death-defying ! We loved every moment of the show, and I clare it looked like a sold-out show.

EVERYONE had a favorite part of the show. Me being the mom, I appreciated the live music, the imaganitive play, and the non stop action that satisfied everyone. I’m always looking for affordable and  smart ways to nuture their social wellness and last night, by far was a winner! I can’t imagine ever missing it!

My 12 year old loved the different clowns and the animals; even the tight rope walkers thrilled her.  I honestly thought that the tiger show was the highlight for her. She was at the tip of her seat for the whole act.

My 11 year old, Cassie, she’s a bit of a critic, her’s what she said” The clowns made transitioning from one act to the next very fun. The ringmaster was good, but the clowns stole the show! The only reason I did not give this circus 5 stars was because it lacked the swinging trampeze.” (I’m thinking about getting her a blogg going. Does she have an opinion or what?) She also warns: the people selling lemonade, snow cones and cotton candy do not give change so an 8 dollar snow cone becomes 10 if you dont have exact change.

My 5 year old, Eaim- I will never forget the look on my sons face through the whole show. I didn’t hear a word from him…..and that’s a great thing. He compared himself to the strong men.  They were built like sumo wrestlers, the men performed classic feats of strength during their main performance.

My newly 3 year old, Amen  began his night sort fustrated because he got a few no’s that day, but that changed quickly & his attention was held and challenged the entire time!

Even my 19 month old loved it. He even made a new friend.

I’ve included a few bits and peices from the show, but you’ll have to grab a few tickets go your self with your lil one! MY KIDS AND I HAD A BLAST!! Hope you get a chance to enjoy it also!!!!

Friday4: Review-Disney On Ice-Dare To Dream

Another Disney show, that delivered on their promise! The kids loved it. Eaim left us to hang with his buddy, but every time I looked back at him, he was munching, jumping and smiling! Without a doubt Disney is in the business of bringing magic to life. Here’s my review.

This live show featured scenes from Tangled, The Princess and the Frog, and Cinderella. My 2 yr old marveled at the captivating action   of the characters taking to the ice. A memory I will never forget it!

Mickey and his friends, including Tiana, Cinderella and Rapunzel were there to celebrate the magic of wishes coming true. The show opens in New Orleans where we see Tiana sharing her wishes of opening her own restaurant. The story follows her adventures of turning into a frog and finding true love.

Next we see the story of Cinderella. After getting a chance to go to the ball, in a beautiful horse drawn carriage, which looked really amazing on the ice, she runs home as the clock strikes midnight. Next, Flynn rider hangs from the ceiling while trying to steal the crown.

Oh no, next we find Rapunzel locked in her tower trying to convince her mother to let her leave. We follow through the story and get to the part with Rapunzel finally seeing the floating lanterns. The arena was lit up with lanterns hanging down over the ice, and it looked AMAZING!

At the end of the show all the Disney princesses came out for the spectacular finale. LOVED IT!

Beautiful costumes, amazing skaters and and all around great show for the whole family!

On my previous post, I had a picture with Rapunzal holding a pot over a dudes head. I didn’t know why she was doing that, but that was totally an attention getter. Come to find out. She was ———-(you have to go to the show to find out- lol) Disney On Ice presents Dare to Dream” last show is Sunday. So you don’t want to miss it and there’s still time!

Disney On Ice put on their “Dare To Dream”

performance at the Time Warner Cable Arena.

We went to the 7:00 show. Mom, and the rest of

the crew seemed as if they had a great time!

Personally I give the performance tonight two

thumbs up, From the setting, to the hair and make-up all the

way to wardrobe. It was absolutely astonishing!! Exceptional!!

Words couldn’t explain how awesome it was!

My favorite part was when Princess Tianna kissed the frog,

turned into one, and went to the lady to turn her and the prince

back human. The woman was so funny, she reminded me of my mom!!

But the most romantic part was Rapunzel and her prince “Eugene”

(Flynn The Bad Guy) How they got to know each other and gained trust of each other. Overall, Everything was beautifully put together.

Bippity,Bopppity,Bye!!!- “D.” 12 yr old

We all went to Disney On Ice tonight.

I kinda liked it but I also thought that it was too much going on.

It was kinda over the top. I couldn’t keep up. They kept switching

the main characters to different people

I guess you gotta have a balance!
